About the Role

This is a hands-on infrastructure role focused on building and operating the systems that power Anuma's AI platform. You'll ensure reliability, scalability, and security across production systems serving global users, working at the intersection of AI infrastructure and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production infrastructure including API services, model routing, and data pipelines
• Ensure high availability for Anuma's AI platform and internal tools
• Build monitoring, alerting, and health dashboards
• Develop automation and infrastructure code to reduce operational burden
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
• Partner with teams on reliability and security design principles
• Improve Kubernetes reliability across cloud and bare-metal environments
• Refine deployment, rollback, and recovery strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or SRE
• Strong software engineering background with production Go and/or Python experience
• Deep Linux production system expertise
• Proven Kubernetes experience at scale in high-availability settings
• Experience supporting distributed systems with demanding uptime requirements
• Comfortable in a startup environment with evolving requirements
• Security mindset for production infrastructure
• Strong cross-functional communication skills

Nice to Have

• AI infrastructure, observability tools, or developer tooling experience
• DevOps, DevSecOps, or GitOps methodology experience
• Open-source contributions
• Experience with high-throughput API systems

Tech Stack

Compensation

• Base salary: $190,000 to $225,000
• Additional 10 to 25% in benefits based on role, experience, and impact
